This is definitely an interesting design. The finish looks more distressed than rock-like to me, but it is an unusual look for a wedding band. This platinum wedding band definitely stands out from all the rest.
Platinum is without a doubt the superior choice for metals. Diamonds set in platinum look great, and platinum is naturally white and also very strong. By setting your diamond in platinum, you are literally protecting your diamond investment. When you scratch platinum, little mass is removed, so platinum and be refinished over and over. The same can’t be said about gold. Yes – platinum is more expensive, but by paying a little more now, you get a ring that lasts a lifetime. You can pass your platinum wedding band on to your grandchildren.
